Lunch at the Fischmarkt
Our lunch menu is the quick, good-value side of the Kaspio kitchen: a small selection of changing dishes, freshly cooked and served promptly — made for a lunch break. You will find us right on the historic Fischmarkt in Stade’s old town, about ten minutes’ walk from the station.
When is lunch served?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12:00 to 15:00. There is no lunch menu at weekends or on public holidays, and Wednesday is our closing day. From 15:00 the kitchen takes a break until 17:30 — coffee, cake and drinks stay available.
How often does it change?
The lunch menu changes monthly, so the selection stays seasonal and there is something new on every visit. The current dishes are listed at the top of this page.
Vegetarian, vegan & allergies
There are always vegetarian and vegan dishes on the lunch menu. We adapt many dishes for allergies and intolerances — just let us know what you need.
